The bane of any woman’s existence, cellulite is a feature every woman would like not to have. Genetic factors contribute overall very less to the formation of cellulite than other factors.
Many types of treatments have emerged that boast of removing cellulite permanently. These range from complex massages particularly aiming to increase lymphatic flow and drainage of the area where cellulite is present. Another option is the use of certain drugs and substances, but mixed results have been found regarding their efficacy. A cosmetic treatment is the use specialized clothing that is designed to reduce the appearance of cellulite. Finally, a more expensive option of using various liposuction methods is available for use.
Cellulite formation can be reduced through simple modifications of lifestyle. People should refrain from remaining in one position for too long. An increase in water intake and fruits rich in fiber can also help fight off cellulite. Many exercise buffs and experts however, state that there are three most important steps that can help reduce cellulite, without resorting to expensive treatments such as massages, medicines and even liposuction.
